The actor, who is enjoying the success of his recent film "Superboys of Malegaon," recently spoke about enduring difficult periods in Bollywood. During an interview with NDTV The actor confessed that "The White Tiger," adapted from Aravind Adiga’s 2008 book of the same title, significantly boosted his acting journey and opened doors for subsequent roles. Nonetheless, noteworthy opportunities were slow to materialize, which put his endurance to the test.

'I will forever be indebted to Rajkummar and Priyanka.'

Adarsh spoke about how Priyanka and Rajkummar supported him during tough periods. "Raj bhai is exceptionally compassionate and an outstanding performer. Though I prefer not to discuss private matters openly, he has also extended support to my family in difficult moments, and I am forever grateful to both Raj Bhai and Priyanka for standing by me in challenging times," explained Adarsh.

Adarsh's latest projects

Adarsh was most recently spotted in "Superboys of Malegaon," a film inspired by the real-life story of amateur filmmakers like Nasir Khan and their profound passion for movies, transforming the lives of residents in a tiny town in Maharashtra called Malegaon. Adarsh’s upcoming project is "Tu Yaa Main," featuring Shanaya Kapoor as her acting debut. This thriller, directed by Bejoy Nambiar and backed by Anand L Rai's production house, Colour Yellow Productions, is set to premiere on Valentine's Day next year.
