BSEB Class 10 Results Out: Three Students Tie for Top Spot With 97.8%

Patna (Bihar), India, March 29 (ANI): The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced the resultados here. results For the Class 10 (matric) board exams on Saturday.
This year, three students—Sakshi Kumari, Anshi Kumari, and Ranjan Verma—notched the highest scores, tying for first place with identical marks of 489 out of 500, which equates to a remarkable 97.8 percent. Their outstanding achievements have secured their positions atop the merit list.
This year, a combined total of 123 students reached the top 10 rankings, with 63 being male and 60 female, demonstrating an almost even distribution between males and females among the leading performers.
The results highlight the diligent efforts of students throughout the state and signify another achievement for the Bihar board in successfully administering fair exams.

The BSEB Class 10 Matric final exams started on February 17 and ran until February 25.
The matriculation examination was conducted in two shifts, starting at 9:30 AM and 2 PM respectively. The initial session operated between 9:30 AM and 12:45 PM, whereas the subsequent session took place from 2 PM until 5:15 PM.
Earlier this week, in a touching story showcasing grit and resolve, Roshini Kumari, whose father works as an auto driver in Bihar’s Vaishali district, topped the commerce category among all students who took the Bihar Class 12 board examinations.
Roshni’s path to success exemplifies her dedication and the backing of her family. Even with limited finances, she joined a state-run school and followed her aspirations. The drive from her mother along with the support and inspiration from her educators were crucial factors in her accomplishments.
Antara Khushi achieved the second position in the commerce stream statewide. Sharing her happiness, she attributed her success to the constant backing from both her parents and educators.
It is worth mentioning that in the BSEB (Bihar School Examination Board), a total of 1,280,211 students took part in the intermediate exam, with 1,107,330 students passing, representing an overall pass percentage of 86.50%.
Out of these, 5,59,065 are female students, whereas 5,48,148 are male students.
The Bihar Chief Minister, Nitish Kumar, extended his congratulations to Roshini and every student who succeeded, emphasizing the crucial contribution made by female participants in achieving leading ranks in each of the three categories.
The Chief Minister noted that this year, female students achieved first place in all three academic disciplines— Arts, Science, and Commerce. Delighted by their accomplishments, he stated that both the students and their families should be commended for their efforts. He viewed this accomplishment as a strong indication of increased gender equality, crediting several initiatives launched by the state administration aimed at enhancing self-assurance amongst young females, thereby helping them thrive in various areas of study.
