In the meantime, US President Donald Trump stated on Tuesday (local time) that nations impacted by tariffs are enthusiastic about negotiating and striking deals with him, willing to go to great lengths to ensure an agreement is reached. During his speech at the National Republican Congressional Committee event on Tuesday evening (local time), Trump claimed that he outperforms Congress when it comes to negotiation skills.
