Expanding upon the achievements of earlier versions, GITEX Africa Morocco 2025 aims to soar even higher through improved industry-focused seminars, cutting-edge projects, and purposeful networking events. This event will emphasize digital infrastructures, artificial intelligence, and technology innovations, thereby establishing Africa’s prominence in the worldwide digital arena.
Major focuses for the African digital sector encompass:
• African Connectivity Futures: A conference focused on telecommunications, cloud services, and data centers designed to expedite the rollout of high-speed internet and 5G technology.
• Diaspora Studio: A platform for connecting African talents with local technology environments.
• SheWins Africa: A program initiated by IFC spotlighting businesswomen andfemale-driven start-ups across the continent.
Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni, who serves as the Deputy Minister for Digital Transformation, stresses that this iteration will spotlight EdTech, AgriTech, HealthTech, and SportsTech. Additionally, the gathering receives backing from the IFC (part of the World Bank), which aims to play an active role in expediting Africa’s shift towards digitization.
